  • If your payment was processed by PayPal, it’s possible to see 2 charges for the same amount. When this happens, please check your order summary on https://www.goodsmileus.com/ to verify whether or not 2 orders have been placed. In the event that only 1 order was placed, you should contact PayPal after 3 business days if the second charge has not been credited back to your account.
  • If your payment was processed by PayPal using their Pay in 4 or Pay Monthly features, you should contact PayPal with any questions or concerns as the Good Smile US Shop does not offer those features.
