What is your return policy?

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund on the item only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the receipt of your item. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, you are required to obtain authorization. Please do either of the following to obtain authorization to proceed with the return process:
● Log into your account and go to your Order History. From there, click on “More Info” to go to the Order Information page and then click on “Apply for Return” and follow the instructions.
After receiving authorization, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds for the item may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Shipping fees are non refundable, unless applicable.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
● The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned: discounted items, face masks, & items received from a mystery box.
● Nendoroids and figmas must be returned unopened and sealed.
● Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging (if any).
● Product packaging is considered part of the shipping container to protect the product. Returns will not be accepted for any damages to the product packaging.
