Domestic Order:


    Please return your item(s) to us within 15 business days of the received date of your order. After doing that and also following the guidelines below, we will issue a full refund (less shipping, if applicable) to the original payment method used once the item is received and inspected.


Guidelines:

  • The items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging (if any). 
  • Items such as Nendoroids and figmas must be returned unopened and sealed or they will be ineligible for a refund.
  • We do not provide pre-paid return labels for your return, you may use a carrier of your choice. However, whichever carrier you choose, we recommend using a trackable/insured shipping method so that you can confirm a successful delivery of the return.


    Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet the return guidelines. If the items do not meet our return guidelines, we will send the items back to you. As soon as your return has been received and processed, we will send you an email letting you know. Most returns are processed within 3-5 business days of them arriving at our warehouse. After we have processed your return, it may take up to an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your credit card/bank account statements.


International Order:
