Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with locating the package. We can file a claim with the carrier, but often times when it's marked as delivered they deny the claim and unfortunately we are unable to assist further when it's denied. 


However, often times customers are able to assist us with the claim by providing info and evidence for the claim. 


Examples include, video surveillance footage from a doorbell camera or security camera if available that shows no delivery during the time the carrier claims it was delivered.

Domestic Claims cannot be filed prior to two weeks after original delivery but within 90 days after delivery. International Claims cannot be filed prior to 30 days after original delivery but prior to 120 days after. Claims filed before or after will be denied by the courier. 


Please note, we are unable to provide a refund for the item if the claim is denied.
