Pre-orders can be canceled up until the product's pre-order window closes. This can be done from your 'My Account' page on the website here: https://www.goodsmileus.com/account or by contacting customer support at support@goodsmileus.com.
Once a product's pre-order window has closed, we are unable to cancel the pre-order.
