If your package was sent to an old or incorrect address, there are two options available:


  1. Request an address change with the delivery company
    Please contact the carrier handling your shipment to request a change of shipping address. We are unable to submit a request for a change of address with the carrier.
    Note: Some carriers may not accept address change requests once a package is in transit.

  2. Wait for the package to return to us for reshipment
    If the carrier is unable to update your address, the package may be returned to our warehouse. Should it arrives back, we’ll be able to reship it to your correct address. Please note that we will need to charge a reshipping fee to have your package reshipped.


Should the item not be able to be rerouted and is delivered to an old address, we are unable to provide a refund for the item. To avoid delays in the future, please be sure to update the shipping information on your order whenever your address changes.
