In order to request a return, please log into your account and go to your Order History. From there, click on “More Info” to go to the Order Information page and then click on “Apply for Return.” Follow the instructions from there and you’ll be all set to send your return back to us!
We do not provide pre-paid return labels for your return, you may use a carrier of your choice. However, whichever carrier you choose, we recommend using a trackable/insured shipping method so that you can confirm a successful delivery of the return. Also, remember to print out the email confirmation you were sent for the return and add it into the package alongside the item(s) you are returning.
