Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders that are lost during transit. In these instances, a claim with the shipping carrier must be filed. The outcome of the claim will determine what can be offered as recompense, if anything. In most cases, a claim will take anywhere from 2-4 business weeks (excluding holidays) for carriers to investigate and process the results of the claim.
