Processing a cancellation and refund can take an estimated 7-10 business days. Once we’ve processed the cancellation and refund, it can take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit or bank statement.
We are unable to offer a refund for missing or lost packages. For missing or lost packages that were shipped using Economy shipping, you will need to reach out to USPS directly and file a package search with them, or speak with your local mail carrier.
If you selected priority shipping, we are able to file a lost package claim. The outcome of the claim will determine what we can offer as recompense, if anything. In order to assist in the odds of the claim being accepted by the carrier, we highly recommend filing a police report. If a claim is filed and no police report is provided with the claim, it is likely that the claim will be denied. In most cases, a claim will take anywhere from 2-4 business weeks (excluding holidays) for USPS to investigate and process the results of the claim.
